The bottle clamping mechanism clamps the bottle from previous process and transports it to the cap loading station, and then a cap is automatically applied to the bottle. Then the bottle is conveyed to the capping station, and the bottle cap is screwed by 4 sets of capping wheels.

Feature

1. SED-4CG-S High Speed Capping Machine is an automatic equipment which integrates mechanical, electrical and pneumatic
technology.It adopts Siemens PLC control with HMI operation, electrical system regulated by inverter, and Panasonic servo
motor, etc.
2. It features easy operation and maintenance, real-time parameter adjustment and storage.
3. Photoelectric sensor is installed to detect cap jam or cap lacking. The machine will be paused automatically when there is no
cap, and it will automatically start working when there is cap supply. When the cap is askew or not screwed well, it will be
automatically rejected. The machine features high automation, easy and stable operation, low noise, simple maintenance and
high applicability.
4. This machine adopts cap elevating, which is very stable. If the cap is not in place, it will automatically fall back to the
storage hopper. The large capacity of the storage hopper reduces frequent cap feeding and saves labor.

5. The capping wheels are made of new silicone material with better capping effect and longer service life. The bottle separating
wheel is also made of silicone material instead of O-type ring, which is more reliable.
6. 304 stainless steel machine frame and fully enclosed structure comply with GMP requirements.
