This machine is suitable for all kinds of capsule, tablet, injection, candy, jam and so on aluminum plastic, paper plastic or aluminum foam cover sealing packaging. The traditional flat blister packaging machine has the following disadvantages:
1: Molding, heat sealing, indentation, blanking and other institutions using floor support, it cannot be sealed between the institutions, in the process of machine operation capsules and other packaging is easy to fall into the gap of the institutions, even into the CAM box, not easy to clean up.
2. There is no accurate positioning device for the moulds installed in the above institutions, resulting in inaccurate positioning of the moulds and inconvenient adjustment; Close to the mold around the four pillars, mold loading and removal space is very limited, mold replacement is not convenient.
3. The main motor reducer is located at the lower end of the feeding panel, installed in the closed small space, maintenance is very inconvenient.
